Kagami Palace Shop is housed in the hotel's arcade on the 1st basement floor.
You can take your time as you browse our lineup to your heart's content in the white and wood-grain interior space, which helps you easily visualize how it would look like when you use the glassware in your room.
We are offering the same range of assortment as our Headquarters shop and Ginza shop. We look forward to you visiting us soon!
Photography and calls on mobile phones and smartphones are prohibited at the KAGAMI Shops. Thank you for your understanding.
Seasonal pieces of our recommendation are presented on the center table.
We offer a wide assortment of glassware, which only a company-owned shop can do. Feel free to hold them and feel the weight and sparkle of the glassware.
Our shop is directly connected to Otemachi station C13b exit. You can enjoy your shopping without getting wet even on a rainy day.

Tax Exemption for Foreign Establishment：
KAGAMI Ginza shop has been authorized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan as a Designated Store (DS) for Consumption Tax Exemption Purchase for Foreign Establishments since February 2017.
You are kindly requested to show us the above documents at our shop to receive tax exemption.
1. A Tax Exemption Card for an embassy / a diplomat (with face photo)
A "Tax Exemption Card" specifies a range of merchandise and the minimum purchase amount for tax exemption.
2. An ID slip issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan
3. Certificate of Tax Exemption Purchase for Foreign Establishments
Service
・The points you currently hold can be exchanged for 1 yen per point during the card's validity period.
・The card is valid for two years from the last purchase date.
・The purchase with the points can be made at KAGAMI Crystal‘s directly operated stores in Ryugasaki, Ginza and Palace Hotel.
